Customized massage for people looking for change.

“The fascia forms the largest system in the body as it is the system that touches all other systems.”

-James L. Oschman PhD

My approach

“Fascia does not discriminate, it simply keeps growing and eventually hardening into whatever shapes you make most often with your body. Unfortunately today that most likely means your body resembles the shape of an office chair.” - Janu Vanier

Here at Massage By Kat, LLC. I strive to give you the best full circle care. You are a whole person, that includes both body and mind. Let’s try and heal them together. Refreshing and recharging you with western style techniques, we'll find the cause and get to the solution, not just chase symptoms. When we finish, I will send you off with some helpful tips to keep those aches and pains from creeping back in. My goal is to empower you with healing, easy exercises, and self-care.
