Therapeutic Massage
As your therapist I will use a variety of techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue, structural, trigger point therapy, and stretching to help you achieve optimal movement and pain relief. Plan for your appointment to last about 15 minutes longer than the scheduled time. This will allow time for discussion of treatment prior to massage full 60, 90, or 120 minute massage and check out including self-care tips.

Packages
Purchase a package of three 60 or 90 minute sessions. Buying ahead saves you money on each massage.

Massages purchased in packages expire 120 days after initial purchase date. It is recommended that you have at least one session prior to purchasing a package to make sure massage style is a good match for patient and practitioner. No refunds or returns.
Gift Certificates
Holidays, birthdays, even just because . You can now purchase Gift Certificates at anytime on Vagaro. You have the ability to print them or send them to the recipients email. you may choose any number amount you would like. Also available in person or over the phone.
Cancellation, No Show, and Refund Policies
COVID-19 Safety Reminder: Masks are mandatory and must remain on for entire treatment. Showing up to an appointment without one will be an automatic self cancellation subject to fee.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service. If you need to cancel after 24 hours, and you are able to find someone to fill your scheduled slot (i.e. friend or family member, new client or existing) you will not be charged a cancellation fee. (If you are experiencing with any COVID, or COVID-like symptoms, or found out that you may have been in contact with someone suspected of having COVID, your cancellation fee will be waived.)
Clients who 'No Show' to their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. (This fee is NOT suspended for COVID-19.)

FAQs
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance. However, I will provide you with an emailed receipt that will have a provider ID and CPT code that you can submit to your carrier for possible reimbursement. I cannot supply diagnostic codes.
Do you take Motor Vehicle Accidents or Workers Compensation?
We now accept Motor Vehicle Accident patients! Please visit Motor Vehicle Accident page for details on how to get started. We are not currently accepting Workers Compensation patients at this time.
Do you take debit cards?
We are trying to be as contactless as possible. We use Vagaro App, so we can take credit and debit cards. If paying with cash, be aware we might not have change available.
Am I going to be sore?
Deep tissue does not always mean deep pressure, however, depending on what we are working on, there can be some residual soreness. Like after working out for the first time. Generally doesn’t last more than 24-36 hours. I suggest icing worked areas once you are home to help eliminate pain response.
When can I work out again?
Depending on what is done, you can usually work out same day. However, if focused work was done on an area - DO NOT work out that area again. Give it 24 hours. Walking, running, cycling, etc should be fine, just don’t over do it!
Will the massage hurt?
Short answer, maybe. It all depends on your pain threshold, the depth of your restrictions and the amount of time those restrictions have been stuck in your body. However, if at anytime you are too uncomfortable, please let me know and I will shift how I am working. High levels of pain will trigger a "fight or flight" response which is the exact opposite of what we are trying to achieve.
